The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition is hosting the Lillian Fountain Smith Conference virtually this year, and registration is free! The 6 virtual conference workshops include sessions on food allergens, eating disorders, intermittent fasting, personalized nutrition, beans, and chocolate.
The workshops will take place on May 18, 20, 25, & 27 and June 1 & 3, 2021 from 3:30 to 5:00 pm MT.
