Educational Impacts

The CSU Food Systems Initiative develops and extends science-based curricula and training to farmers, ranchers and diverse food businesses relevant to a a wide array of products, markets, and business models. Additionally, we work to train the next generation of undergraduate and graduate students in food systems.
