Operations Manager – Boulder County Farmers Market

At the Boulder County Farmers Markets, our mission is to support, promote, and expand local agriculture, making fresh products accessible to our community.

The Operations Manager oversees and completes a wide variety of operational, administrative, managerial and some marketing functions for the Boulder County Farmers Markets, which operates 4 – 5 markets in Boulder County and Denver, Colorado. Typical work week is five days a week which includes a weekend day during the market season; flexibility is important.

The Operations Manager contributes to meeting organizational strategic goals
by:
Overseeing and ensuring BCFM markets are functioning at high standards and meeting their goals Refining systems to enhance the efficiency of the market Maintaining positive vendor relations Performing administrative tasks Hiring and directly supervising the On Street Operations coordinators and staff volunteers, and other contracted laborers Participates in on street marketing efforts on our social media channels.

Compensation: $41,000 – $45,000 per year; plus 10 days per year prorated paid time off, several paid holidays, 65% health insurance paid by company, and dental and vision available at group rates.
