Property & Land Support Position $25-$30/hr

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to help manage and maintain a rural property, irrigation system, pasture, and outbuildings during the irrigation season. This position can transition to a longer-term engagement if mutually agreeable.

This is hands-on, physical work for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems independently, and isn’t afraid to get dirty. We need someone dependable, industrious, and flexible—especially with irrigation timing, since water flow schedules can shift on short notice.

Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
Part-time to Full-time | Most weeks closer to full-time hours

Responsibilities may include:
• Irrigation management using 10″ gated pipe systems
• Landscape and pasture maintenance (mowing, trimming, weeding, general upkeep)
• Tractor and machinery operation
• Property maintenance and repairs
• Assisting with barn roof repair and exterior upkeep/staining
• General labor and seasonal land management tasks
• 7 required overnight irrigation shifts throughout the season

Required Experience:
• Tractor/machinery operation
• Irrigation experience
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable with physical outdoor labor

Strong Pluses:
• Construction or handyman experience
• Saw/felling/pruning experience
• Landscaping experience
• Chicken/livestock care experience

This role is ideal for someone practical, self-directed, mechanically inclined, and comfortable adapting to the changing needs of a working rural property.
