The Good Food Collective is at an important moment of growth and reflection, and we’re inviting a strategic planning consultant or team to partner with us as we look ahead.
Since our founding in 2018, GFC has grown into a regional backbone organization working alongside communities, partners, and a vibrant, member-led coalition to advance food access and equity across Southwest Colorado. With this growth comes a need for greater clarity, focus, and alignment, both internally and in how we support collective, community-led work.
We are seeking proposals for a strategic planning partnership that includes two connected efforts:
- An organizational strategic and operational plan for the Good Food Collective, focused on internal alignment with staff and our Advisory Board; and
- A strategic programming plan for the La Plata Food Equity Coalition, a member-led, equity-centered coalition that requires deep, inclusive engagement.
This is not a checkbox planning exercise. We’re looking for a thoughtful partner who values equity, shared leadership, and systems change, and who can help us move into our next chapter with intention and care.
