Senior Food Access Coordinator – Boulder County Farmers Markets

The Senior Food Access Coordinator is a year-round, cross-functional staff member within BCFM’s Food Access programs. This role serves as an on-site Food Access Coordinator during assigned markets and independently executes core SNAP, WIC, DUFB, CSA, and related incentive program workflows across both on-street and Food Hub environments.
The position is cross-trained to provide operational coverage across Food Access, Food Hub, and Market teams during peak periods and staff absences, ensuring continuity of established systems and upholding high standards of accuracy, participant experience, and food safety.
The Senior Food Access Coordinator also supports volunteer coordination and outreach initiatives that span departments, contributing to program consistency, participant engagement, and cross-team communication.
