This leadership role serves as a project manager and supervisor over a USDA NIFA GusNIP funded produce prescription program based in Durango and Pueblo primary care locations, with an associated human subjects study. The project also includes management of an established sliding scale employee farm share program serving 125+ employees annually. The role will supervise 2-4 direct reports (Community Health Workers and Interns). Though time-limited through summer ’24, it is fully benefited with opportunity for extension. BS in a related field and two years project management experience required. Ideal candidates have healthcare experience, interest in systems change and have worked with grant-funded and/or start up projects.
