Geography: San Miguel and West Montrose Counties (San Miguel Basin), Western Region.
Spotlight: Yvette has been with CSU Extension since 2006, serving the same counties where she was born. She loves the diversity of landscape, plants and people of the small communities in her remote area. She brought Colorado Master Gardener and Native Plant Master programs to her area as well as other locally-driven food programs. As the only CSU employee in her office, she covers a wide range of client questions. She finds that variety one of the most interesting and sometimes most challenging parts of her job.
