Brandon Francis was born and raised on Black Mesa, Arizona. His clans are: Nát’oh dine’é Táchii’nii nishli, Tótsohnii bashishchiin, Tódich’ii’nii ei dashichei, Kinłichii’nii dashinali.

Since 2014, Brandon Francis has been working as a Research Laboratory Technician and Education Resource Coordinator for the NMSU Agricultural Science Center in Farmington, New Mexico. He is currently a graduate student in the NMSU AXED program.
