Holly was one of the founders of Mountain Roots in 2010. She came to Mountain Roots after spending twelve years in the restaurant industry, including seven as a private yacht chef. Holly manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, trains and oversees other key staff, manages organizational budget and finances, fundraises, nurtures strategic partnerships, coordinates outreach efforts, promotion and marketing, program development, resource development, grant management and reporting, and monitoring and evaluation. Holly believes that localizing our food system is one of the most accessible and actionable things we can do to solve so many of our global problems.
