As the Director of East Denver Food Hub, she brings a wealth of expertise in fostering resilient food networks that promote economic growth, food security, and regenerative agriculture. With a career dedicated to enhancing the viability of regional food systems, Kathryn advocates for community-driven, local food solutions. At EDFH, she works diligently to establish a robust value chain, fostering transparency and collaboration to create lasting systems change.
