Kathy Underhill is a seasoned leader across the government, nonprofit, academic and foundation sectors. Specializing in domestic hunger policy and programming, she has won numerous awards for her innovation and impact and is a frequent keynote speaker. She currently administers all the USDA food programs and food bank related grants for Colorado and teaches at the Graduate School of Social Work at DU. When not busy with her three daughters, you may find her gardening, volunteering or painting.
