Came to Colorado to work at Rocky Mountain National Park and never left.
Many years as ranch and farm hand – especially at Green Earth Organic Farm in Saguache. Liza and others initiated the LiveWell Healthy Eating and Active Living work in 2007. The SLV Local Foods Coalition was formed to foster an equitable local foods system in the region. This mission is accomplished through an incubator farm, a vibrant food hub, food literacy education and community activation. Marron, of Saguache serves as co-director of the SLVLFC and is a Saguache County Commissioner.
