Nicholas Chambers has been the founding GM of the Valley Roots Food Hub since 2014 and President of the Tap Root Cooperative. Based in the San Luis Valley the food hub delivers Colorado source-identified local foods from Durango to Denver/Springs/Pueblo, and from Alamosa to Leadville. They have about 120 producers in the network across produce, meat, dairy, and value-added foods. They operate wholesale markets as well as direct to consumers at home.
