Tashmesia “Tash” Mitchell is Metro Caring’s Director of Programs and Impact. She collaborates on overall strategic management, co-develops and supports the implementation of program objectives and deliverables, and collaborates on resource development with accountable resource allocation. 
Her nonprofit journey spans 17 years. Throughout her career, she has learned the power of community. Her experience is largely focused on authentic  community engagement, convening and collaborating with multi-sector partners, and building the capacity of community members to lead change.
