Session: Understanding Our Collective Power, Roles and Responsibilities

Wendy is the Executive Director of Nourish Colorado, a statewide-focused organization that strengthens connections with farms, ranches, and communities so that all Coloradans have equitable access to fresh, nutritious foods. Nourish coordinates statewide initiatives that increase fresh foods in public institutions and produce access for participants in nutrition assistance programs such as SNAP and WIC. Nourish also mobilizes state and federal policy advocacy to make this work the norm in our country. In her current position, Wendy actively works on state and federal policy priorities that advance Nourish’s mission and collaborates with hundreds of partners across the state.
