Nutrition Integration Specialist – Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

Ynke de Koe, MS, RD is the Nutrition Integration Specialist at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). She is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Nutrition. In her role at CDPHE she is the subject matter expert for food policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) change grantees. Ynke works with other state agencies, local public health agencies, state-wide food advocacy organizations, community based organizations and the charitable food system to increase access to healthy food and beverages, healthy food incentive programs, and policies to improve the nutrition environment.
