Dawn specializes in regional economic development related to local, organic, entrepreneurs and food market supply chains, and more recently, has focused on developing engaged community development initiatives focused on rural Colorado and the Western US. Her projects, which span the two Centers she leads, explore how to best leverage agricultural and food innovations and opportunities to help businesses and communities meet their financial, personal and community-oriented goals.
