Rocky Mountain Farmers Union is in search of a new and dynamic Membership and Organizational Development Director. This is a key staff role that works closely with other RMFU Departments, Farmers Union Service Association Agents, and Volunteer members across Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. The is broken into three key areas: Membership Recruitment, Membership Engagement, and Special Projects.
The Membership and Organizational Development Director manages a small team of full-time and part-time Membership Coordinators and Field Representatives. This is a high travel position, requiring significant time in the field with members and chapters, and occasional national travel for advocacy or educational events. We are looking for someone who is excited to tackle the evolving challenges of membership and organizing and can initiate new strategies for reaching perspective members and building networks in real-life and digital spaces.
The position is full-time with compensation commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package is available which includes health, dental, vision, and 401k.
