Positions Available:
Crew Leader- $15-$17/hr plus staff veggies. Experience required.
Manager- $17-$22/hr plus staff veggies. 5 years’ experience required.
Work Experience/Skills Desired: Experience in related field preferred (farming, outdoor work, military, grocery, restaurant, etc…), strong interest in organic vegetables, ability to pace oneself and stay motivated, good communication and respect for others, basic math skills, and flexibility for changing tasks. Must be able to work long hours in all kinds of weather and be able to lift 50lb+. Must be able to commit to the full season through November. Bilingual a plus. Crew Leaders/Managers: must have clean driving record, experience driving delivery trucks preferred.
