Jess has a Masters in Soil and Crop Science from Colorado State University where her graduate research focused on soil health in ecosystems across Colorado. In her current role she focuses on addressing the challenges of local producers by working with CSU, the county, and local organizations to create events and resources. She is the champion of the soil health action for Larimer County’s Climate Smart Future Ready Initiative where her main goal is to help producers increase their soil health practices across the county.
