PRE-FOOD SUMMIT REGIONAL GATHERINGS
In order to raise awareness of and lift regional voices in statewide food and agricultural visioning processes, we are holding regional gatherings across Colorado during the fall of 2021 and spring of 2022. Themes emanating from these conversations will be used to guide the content of the statewide Colorado Food Summit, which will be held in Q4 of 2022.

THE PLANNING COMMITTEE
Given the focus on leveraging food policy, we our planning committee is made up of representatives from each of the state’s food policy councils/coalitions, which are in turn representative of the diversity of Colorado’s food systems.
