Pueblo Food Project is gathering stakeholders across the local food system to identify and discuss key areas for opportunity and change in our food system. The event will include interactive discussions, share outs, and food. Pueblo Food Project is grateful for the opportunity to gather and uplight our community voice. Learnings from this convening will help inform the planning of the CO Food Summit, a statewide event taking place in Q4 2022.
The goal of the Pueblo Food Project (PFP) is to develop a vibrant, sustainable, nutritious, and equitable local food system that supports all Puebloans in living healthy and happy lives.
PFP is a community coalition, comprised of 5 working groups, 2 task forces, 1 advisory council, and 1 youth council aka the Pueblo Fooducates. PFP is open to anyone interested in our local food system. Mayor Nicholas Gradisar and County Commissioner Chris Wiseman co-chair the PFP and the City of Pueblo is the fiscal agent for the Pueblo Food Project.
We invite anyone connected to Colorado’s food system to be a part of this important discussion. Please add your email here to stay up to date with the latest information about the regional and statewide gatherings.
